Hospitality. Redesigned.
Opening this fall in the heart of Hillsboro Village, The Chloe Nashville reimagines two historic 1920s cottages with a storied musical past. Once home to pioneering record labels, these walls wouldn’t talk, they’d sing. Now they’ve been transformed into a 19-room boutique hotel with impeccable design, a Creole-meets-Southern restaurant, and not one, not two, but three bars. You’ll find lush gardens, a pool perfect for playing hooky, an event deck ready for any occasion, and plenty of porches for sippin’ something strong.
your next getaway
The Chloe leans into the city’s storied roots while rewriting the rules. The former home of Asylum Records and Spirit Music, where songs by Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Chris Stapleton, and George Jones were born, that creative legacy lives on in every detail. Designed by Sara Ruffin Costello (also behind The Chloe NOLA), the spaces keep their character intact: think coffered ceilings, salvaged wood floors, and brickwork that nods to Nashville’s warehouse past, layered with modern details that reflect the city’s evolving style. Filled with work from local artists and makers, each room feels personal, collected, and nothing like your average hotel.
Eat, Drink, Stay Awhile.
The restaurant and bar at The Chloe Nashville borrow a little magic from New Orleans and make it their own. Chef Matt Regan (formerly of Sylvain in the French Quarter) brings Chloe favorites north, mixing Gulf flavors with Nashville notes. The result? Plates made for passing, cocktails that start conversations, and a menu that turns dinner into a night out.
